I've Lost Over 20 Pounds and Have My Lowest Golf Handicap in Years
I started working with Scott in the beginning of the 2018 golf year with a simple set of goals. As a 55+ year old I just wanted to become more flexible and lose some weight. Scott worked with me on an individual basis and also designed a diet/exercise regimen for me to do on my own. He focused on strengthening areas that were weak due to past injuries and alternated cardio & weight training. The results thus far have exceeded all of my expectations. I have lost over 20 pounds, gotten much leaner due to weight training and have my lowest golf handicap in years. I also enjoy going to the gym again. Training 6 Months and Now I Can Lift Over My Own Bodyweight
Scott had been training me twice a week, for half a year now, and I have seen great results. Numerous back issues have plagued me for the past 15 + years, so the first thing Scott helped me on was strengthening my lower back and legs, then to my upper body. I now have muscles and pecs and can lift over my own bodyweight. Heck, I am no longer embarrassed to take my shirt off at the pool or beach. Scott knows his stuff and I would not be feeling this good if it were not for him. I highly recommend Scott.

He Created A Diet For Me That Helped Me Cut Fat And Maintain Muscle
I met Scott at Anytime Fitness. After trying to lose weight, maintain strength and muscle mass, I decided to contact Scott through his instagram account. He created a diet for me that helped me cut fat and maintain muscle. He made it simple by not only showing me my macros but also how to apply them to specific meals. A month later I decided to ask Scott for some help at changing my workout routine. He set me up with a 4 day a week routine that has allowed me to get in and out of the gym in a reasonable amount of time. I was so happy with my results. I even bought my mother a session with Scott for her birthday. The fitness industry and the professionals that work in it often fail to recognize client goals and a realistic way to reach them.
