The Winter Blues
Winter time is a sensitive subject to press upon golfers. Seeking out a range with heated stalls is hard to come by nowadays…
Instead of taking swing after swing, grinding out your kinks, you can invest more of your time working on your body, the main driver of your swing and what really matters most when trying to play your best.
There is no heavy lifting and you will barely break a sweat.
My Recommended Approach to Winter Golf Training
We begin with a comprehensive assessment. My goals are two-fold.
- I want to help you develop an efficient swing that is powerful and repeatable.
- I want to make sure that you enjoy the game without physical discomfort.
To do this, I will identify your physical limitations, correct the limitations through basic golf instruction and golf specific exercises, and then apply the corrections to your golf swing. This will lead to more distance and lower scores without the pain.
“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”
